I currently have two spaces available in Waterlick Plaza, Lynchburg, VA. One is 6,031 square feet and the other is 2,280 square feet. Other size space may be available in the near future.

Waterlick Plaza is anchored by Kroger, Dollar Tree and Consignment 1st and is 92% leased. We have recently leased space to Riley’s Outdoor Sports, Original Italian Pizza and Los Chipotles Restaurant. Beneficial Finance, Pro Tax, Lou Nails, Pizza Hut and Dominion Comics have all either exercised their options or negotiated extended terms in the past year.

Waterlick Plaza is an excellent location from which to serve the growing markets in south Lynchburg and Campbell County. Recent residential construction projects in the trade area continue to improve our demographics.

Site Criteria Include:

• 1,600 to 2,000 square feet in grocery anchored neighborhood centers, but will consider un-anchored strips with good visibility.
• High visibility, strong traffic counts and good accessibility. Prefer a signalized intersection.
  Pylon signage is desirable.
